I agree that preordering online is the worst thing you can do if you want the game bad. I heard stories that sometimes games dont get delivered for a week or so. This is my first preorder online.
I preordered from EA because EA sent me a 15 dollar coupon. I am buying it for 24.99 from ea store and for that I can take a risk on not getting it on the release day.
some of us have preordered it from the STORE not online, i would never pre order online. Pre order in the store incase it sells out so you are guarnteed a copy of it the day its out.

And if there isn't an EB store in your city, then what can you do besides wait? In my experience with pre-ordering games I usually got them the same day they appeared at EB stores, and usually A WEEK before they were available at Best Buy or Media Play or Wal-Mart.
I work at Best Buy and I checked our computer and it isn't in so far. But we do get drop shipments during the day so I will check there or get it from the competitor, i.e. Circuit City.
