Why can't I update my Spearhead from 1.00 to 2.11 ???
Any help will be appreciated!!

Well here are some reasons why this could happen.
1. Have you put it in your main folder and extracted all the files?
2. You havnt got the proper download so download it from ea games!

To extract the files double click it, and then do what it says etc

I had the same problem, all of your stuff must be stock, no scopes or anything, its just sv_pure.

So if you modded one of your paks by accident, just reinstall and then reinstall the patches in consecutive order.

Same thing happened to me, I'd install the patch and then go to join a 2.11 or 2.15 game and it would say get the patch.

So do that.

I think you have the wrong version of the patch. Make sure the patch version matches the game version (ex. US/UK)

but i think it is not due with the version because it says "can't find a copy of Medal of Honor Allied Assault(tm) Spearhead on your computer"......
Moreover, my Spearhead is a CD-R version, that mean just make a copy from the original disk.
What can i do ?

you have to find out if you have the american version, uk version or asia version

i bought mine in taiwan, so i had to download my patch off ea.com.tw

check where yours comes from

It can't find Spearhead. Probably some registry keys are missing.

Reinstall Spearhead, or both AA and SP, and you'll be fine.

i have tried reinstalled Spearhead, but the problem can't be solved.
Although i haven't tried to reinstall AA, i don't think reinstalling it with help to solve my problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

I think a reinstall of AA is required then.
