I use stock filters, but I would try Google (I didn't say Kazaa) for others. As for scanlines, you can easily do that by defining a custom pattern.

Ya I make my custom scanlines. Its really easy, just go to [url:dfeff]http://www.phong.com/tutorials/[/url:dfeff] to read a tutorial.

no way, easiest way is to use tutorials. they can help open doors to what you can do, and those doors lead to more.

You need to use a tutorial, then try and do something similar by yourself if you like it. By doing that, you can expand your skills on things that are more complicated. Or you can just make a simple sig like mine lol. My more difficult pictures I never use as sigs.
