 I use stock filters, but I would try Google (I didn't say Kazaa) for others.  As for scanlines, you can easily do that by defining a custom pattern. |

 You need to use a tutorial, then try and do something similar by yourself if you like it. By doing that, you can expand your skills on things that are more complicated. Or you can just make a simple sig like mine lol. My more difficult pictures I never use as sigs. |
