NO OF COURSE NOT!!
I just think whenever people say legality is not an issue, they have no idea of what they are getting into or even where to go. I too had my 'sources' in my youger and dumber days and it almost got me killed. The road of Illegal arms sales is a very risky road, almost as bad as Drugs.

All that I am saying is becareful what you are looking for and who you associate with. It always comes back around.
