So I was reading the boards and playing the SP/MP demos, and scracthing my balls, and I decided that I just can't wait to play this damn game. So I crank on my favorite file sharing program, and start searching...
Soon enough, I find multiple warez versions, and I reluctantly download two of them. Now, after a few hours of pulling down 700 megs of files, I eagerly (but guiltily) start installing the game. What do I find?
The game is actually BLACK AND WHITE!!!! So in the midst of the cursing and spitting, I realize one thing: This is what I get. Both versions of the supposed full game I downloaded were BS, and I was left wanting to play the game even more.
Maybe if this particular game did not have subliminal messages in the demos that made it more addictive to play than crack is to smoke, I would not be resorting to these desperate measures.
Post your stories about trying to d/l the whole game, or just feelings on the importance of buying over ganking it if you want. As for me, I am still tempted to d/l it, but I will buy it and be happy that I did it the 'right' way.
Peace Out All...

I downloaded what I thought was the full version, only to see in the NFO file that it was Black & White. Happened to me too.
Serves me right. However, I also PRE-ORDERED MOHAA so I have no guilt about downloading a copy before the real thing is delivered to my doorstep next week. I'll just delete the downloaded copy when my retail one arrives. I've rewarded the developers with my hard-earned cash, so in effect I'm not really stealing anything.

Yes, it is important to point out that I never intended to NOT buy the game. I have had it preordered for a while now. I think d/l a game is only really wrong when you are going to play the whole thing, enjoy it, and not ever buy the full game.
In many ways, Gamez act like extended demos, b/c they rip out movies and music and other features which most people will buy the full game for if they like it enough. If not, then they would not have bought the game in the first place...
Maybe my logic is flawed, I don't know anymore. I will buy it b/c IMO 2015 deserves enough money to make a great sequel. This game is fun, and I am happy while playing it, and that feeling is worth $50 to me. Just me though, I would like to hear some other 'intelligent' viewpoints if anyone is interested...
Thanks for the replies so far, and not going off on me...

First off, your a fucking queer for using filesharing programs to find warez, and if you ever where smart 'nuff to get connections to 0-sec ftp's, it would be time for me to quit.
