Default Wingman gamepad help - 05-22-2003, 01:50 PM

Hi all, was wondering if anyone uses a wingman gamepad with mohaa. i broke my arm and now have to contend with a cast on my mouse hand, so i invested in a gamepad to see if i could get it to work. logitechs site doesnt have a profile for mohaa, and the game itself doesnt seem to recognize the controller easily, so i was wondering if anyone has a profile for mohaa that works with the gamepad. any help guys? thanks

It's possible to use a gamepad, but it's not as good as the keyboard/mouse combo. Check out the FAQ up top for a tutorial on how to use one.

My point is- with the cast on my hand, i cannot use the mouse, pretty much at all. i surf with the mouse in my left hand, and type with my left. WASD is all i can manage in game, is why i wanna know about the game controller.

can you hold a joystick with your right?

that might help with mouse in left.

But you may be out of luck, my kid brother way stuck playing strategy games until his arm healed.

thats what im afraid of... i am slowly configuring the pad using the newest logitech drivers, but the operative word is slooooowly. i may have it by the weekend, what with work and all, but if anyone has figured it out and has created a config for it i would be greatly appreciated.
