You didn't model it. At most, you helped convert it.

That M1 Carbine was modelled by Nomad and skinned by Polygon for use in the Day of Defeat Half-Life mod. While some MOH default stuff has been released for DOD, credit was always given where due. I'd expect the same thing to happen here.
