Has anyone found a solution to this yet? I'm clueless to say the least. I know many people who run Quake III, Wolfenstein and MoH under Windows XP (both Home-Edition and proffesional) with no problems whatsoever.

Anybody who found a fix (or knows what causes it) please report it here. And if someone has the problem, mind posting your exact system specs?

I dont have much problems with XP crashing too much....but i do get an occasional CTD from a game or app, ive noticed that XP does not like background apps running(press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and end task everything on the first tab)....that helps.

The only problem I get with XP is this weird jittery effect. It happens in games and it happens just in windows, it's the only thing stopping me from running food servers online, if anyone has experianced anything simular please lemme know, specially if U have a fix for it..
