It's not a good card. What are your system specs? If you want a new card really bad, get a Geforce 2 MX for 80-100 bucks.

Get the GF3 TI200, its a cheap but Very Very! good card.

Cost are 60% of what the Regular GF3 costs But packs the exact same Power (once you tweak the Core and Ram mhr allitle and thats easy as Hell.
They even suply you with a app that does that.

I got mine at 260/521
Thats above the TI500 Speed (witch Costs double the TI200 price)
And beleave me, there's no beter card atm then the TI500, Dont gime that Radion BlaBla, Its drivers suck atm so there's my point.

Get a TI200 and you will be a Happy Gamer for the next year (or 2)

Intel Celeron 766 mhz.
30 GB Hard Drive (20 free)
DVD+CDRW ROM Drives
Intel 82801 Built in Graphics Card

Yeh that might be a problem, im running a 1gig CPU and its a Bottle neck for the card, youre running lesser so the BN will be even wurse on youre system.
I think it would be wise to spend some cash on a beter CPU (1.4 or something) instead of buying a card that will be hold back cby the CPU.
