Beavis = AC/DC, Butthead = Metallica. oOo:

They're playing St. Anger every hour on the hour today on WXRK New York 92.3FM because it's radio premiere day. I heard it once on this crappy office radio, and it sounded decent. Once I get into the car and turn the biznitch up, I'll judge it. evil:

OK, well I thought it was decent. Defineatly not the song I would use to promote the album, but it was decent. Lars kicked ass on those drums, as always, and the guitar riffs are ok, James still has it, but I don't like how he's singing still. Also, the song carried to many different changes of beat, like 2 or 3. And the background vocal when James was singing sucked. oOo:

Umm... wow... All I can say is it shouldn't be called Metallica.

They went nu-metal and it sounds like shit.

The more I listen to this the more it pisses me off.... So I think I'll delete it from my hard drive before I have to go and break my other Metallica CDs...

Terrible.... hake:

Then again maybe I was expecting too much. But its still not good.

Where did you get it? I was hoping it wouldnt be this new metal crap but it was dissapointed as hell they should just stop writing new shit, I hate to say it but its terrible. These guys used to be idols now theyre nothing more than old rockers who were great in the 80's. I mean come on now they have completely lost all the magic? There old stuff is (going to sound wierd) but songs like Sanitariun, one and Fade to black those songs are god damned beautiful especially for metal theres so much depth and care are pain written into those songs anyone whose every had a shit day or felt bad can relate, the new stuff pure garbage. Kirk has no solos he only does riffing come on kirk used to tear it up now what does he do? He backs james up and anyone can do that not anyone can write solos like kirk and im majorly disspointed with the amount of change that went into this album. They let me down and thats it im just done.

well I heard St. Anger 3 more times, and it really does suck. I wish they would just stick to their orignal old stuff and not try to conform to today's music.
