In the sp demo, as soon as i select the difficulty level the program minimises back to windows and the internet dial-up box appears, how can i stop the game trying to connect to the internet every time!?

Are you sure you have the sp demo and not the mp. I wasn't even aware the sp could dial in to the net.

yeah, positive. its really strange as it is exlusively sp demo. i don't even have the mp demo so i have no idea why the game does this. it happens on two of my friends pc's as well. very annoying!
