when medal of honor allied assault comes out next tuesday are you guys gonna allow blood patches to be put in with the game or no what i mean is the ppl who want to have blood in the game can they buy blood modes or something or not

Um!!?? You download the patch from the internet. Or you just change the color of the puff yourself. Why do people call it a patch? It takes like 5 seconds to do. There's no programming in this.

In order to preserve the realism in the game, 2015 made a point NOT to make the game bloody (see the FAQ on http://www.mohaa.ea.com for reasoning). Therefore, although its possible for somebody to create an unofficial patch for blood, it will not be done by anyone connected with the game, so won't retail. If you are going to get hold of one it would just be a straight d/l off the net.

time no blood whatsoever ie being shipped with in the game

and neither EA or 2015 endores any blood alterations

You will be able to have blood either way. I have it for the SP demo.

i didn't know you were at WW2 or one of the directors of 2015. If it was purely for a teen rating then they would have had an option in game to tun blood on and off, thats all the censors require. Plenty of games have no ratings with a "gore" option.

How come when I shoot someone in the face there's no blood? We have talked and debated on this topic since early May. Even the devs said a few things, and that was our conclusion. On one of the reviews, EA once said that they didn't want blood because of September 11th, which was also total bullshit because they told us there's no blood back in May. Get my drift?

No, he's right. There's no blood because they wanted the teen rating. It's not realistic to shoot a guy in the head and not see blood. - at least a little. That wouldn't have been too hard to do and it's realistic. There was blood in SPR - was that unrealistic?

fair enough, i withdraw my statement, maybe i should question the "official line" more often, i don't see blood as a big deal in the game anyway.

Which then just makes me mad when I shoot some guy with a .45 cal thompson THREE times in the back and the does not go down, but rather turns around and kills me with one pistol shot
