I was wondering why don't I see more Russian skins out there? i see so many axis and US and British, but i hardly ever see and Russian, and i happen to like playing as the russians on SH multiplayer, just wonderin, thanks for your time

how would i go about making skins? also, with a bunch of map editing tools i downloaded, it gives me errors like can't find file so and so .OCX, i've had this problem with every FPS that i want to make maps for, can someone help me out? could it be because i'm using windows 98? do i need a newer version like xp?

well m8 first u need pakscape to open the .pk3 files
search for it somwhere coz i dont know the exact address

rox i can weapon skin and map.so if you need any help im here,i can skin the parts of a playerskin but the shader and tik makes me mad
