Who needs IPs to trace members previously banned when they repeatedly come back and do the same shit over and over again?
It's like a kid being expelled from school for bullying only to come back the next day wearing a mask and punching a girl in front of the headmaster.

Vance, I would agree with you. America does have the finest and most efficient killing force in the world. No one country on its own could possibly enter a conflict with America with a good chance of winning.
