I highly doubt it's at Frixion, since those guys seem to think I suck, and I don't see it anyway. I don't think it ever got posted at Icey either. The only one I remember doing is the one I posted here.

1) Make a .psd in Photoshop with each layer as a frame for the animation.
2) Open the .psd in ImageReady.
3) Make the layer that is your first frame the top/visible layer.
4) In the animation palette, click the triangle/circle button and create a new frame.
5) Make the next frame layer visible (on top of the first). The frame image should change.
6) Repeat this process of adding frames in the animation palette and making layers visible until you have all the frames you want.
7) Adjust the settings in the optimization palette (in the top right) to what you want. Look them up and/or experiment to find the right ones.
8) Click the triangle/circle button in the animation palette and click "optimize animation".
9) Go into the file menu and click "save optimize as" and save it as a GIF.

The triangle/circle button is this:

Also Dragonwraith, the compression on that sig is crap. Set it to a higher quality, makes the sig about 30k or so, which is reasonable, but still good looking.
