Those Speed tests are stupid cause they are usually wrong.

Very wrong.........I once had upload 110kb/s and dl 140kb/s when in fact my line can handle 1,2mb/s in and 1,2mb/s out at the same time.

So those tests aren't that relieble.

your ISP is not the case if you have cogeco because thats what im on and its great. im too lazy to d the speed test (unless there is a link)

reboot your modem. if you have a router turn, reboot it. if this doesnt work call your service provider.

iv restarted it, changed the lines. smacked it around a bit, nothing works. BTW i normally get a ping of 50-60 in bf.

I have a cable modem and use comcast broadband.(formerly AT&T). I have had the same types of issues in the past. Try unplugging your modem for about 10 min; then plug it back in and give it a minute to resink. It works for me. I have to do it every now and then. Do your diagnostics before and after to see if that was the prob.
