If Powell is such an important man to the Allies, and they have him working for the OSS, why do they risk his life by sending him storm Omaha? The mission objectives could have been accomplished by anyone and are not individually nor strategically important to the war effort. Of course Overlord as a whole was essential, but the objectives given to Powell are not.

This reinforces the notion that the Omaha level is nothing more than a gimmick, albeit a cool one.

Thoughts?

When something is as hyped as much as MOHAA has been there's bound to be criticism - it's natural. But I'm not bitching about the game, I love the game, I'm simply making an observation. Some individuals claim the game is meant to be realistic and are irritated by the arcade side of things. If someone can complain about reloading times for various weapons and squad tactics of German soldiers, I think I'm entitled to point out something I thought was odd.

Nothing more, nothing less.
