The Thin Red Line (new version), Saving Private Ryan (only because of its D-Day sceen, Full Metal Jacket, The Longest Day (black and white version) and ummmm I don't know, lots of good ones but not sure on the best out of the rest of them.

Stalingrad, A Bridge Too Far, Mother Night (not a war movie per se, but set partly during ww2...good movie), Battle of the Bulge, Dirty Dozen...etc, etc.

2. saving private ryan (only cuz of the dday part)

3. Patton(sp?)

4. Thin red line(i didnt think it had any meaning tho just kinda of a mental movie that showed the emotions of the infintry)

God damn it...I always forget to mention "Stalingrad", That movie is brilliant, and yes, Polaris, A Midnight Clear is very good...My dad didn't like it (he formed his opinion walking in and out of the room He said it wasn't a good story for a WW2 movie) he's stupid
