OK... wtf is going on with my photoshop, first when i put in text it has to be 1296pt font to get this: THIS , then when i reinstall photoshop i still have this problem. I dont know wtf is going on. This has never happened.

the resolution of your images is messed up..

it should look like this when starting a new image
