The game has it's good points, but sadly I think the Pro's outweigh the con's.

Pro's :
1. Very nice sound effects.
2. Detailed and immersive graphics.
3. The game truely looks like your in world war II
4. Omaha, definatly the best recreation in any game so far.

Con's :
1. Sluggish feel.
2. Very short and unsatisfying Single Player.
3. AI can get predictable.
4. Netcode is just complete shit.
5. I know it's been said before, but it really feels like Quake III with WWII skins.
6. MP maps should have been designed better. With the exception of omaha, I think the other maps could use some work.
7. No ingame browser for games (ex: half-life). Big mistake...

Well those are my thoughts on this game. It's pretty much half of what it should be. It's still fun though, and with some good modders some areas could be fixed and others improved, but why cant developers make a game that doesn't need to be made better by modding? Oh well... Just my opinion.

Value: 4/10
Design: 5.5/10

Final Word - Medal of Honor is your standard FPS set in WWII, dont expect anything else from this fun, but otherwise shallow game.

#1 con contradicts #5. if it feels like quake3, then its fast, not sluggish. and mohaa is slower then quake3. the netcode is the same as quake3 and wolfenstein.

are you one of those that thinks that because the fastest server you can find in gamespy is a crappy ping, that the netcode sucks? i can't find a decent server yet, but once people actually buy the game, there will be some better servers. just takes some time. please elaborate on 'bad netcode', and leave reviews to people that are experienced reviewers. this review isn't your thoughts but your lack of thoughts. theres a difference!

Sluggish as in the game runs slow, sorry I didn't specify, And as for bad netcode I dont like how it feels online. I've played it on good servers, (80ish ping) and it still feels lagged, the same thing happened with the Multiplayer Demo. I know I am not reviewing "expert" but I am just stating my opinion on what I think is good and bad about this game.

It doesn't feel like Quake 3 at all. Wolfenstein feels like Quake 3. And I don't know why everyone says the netcode is horrible, as long as you have half the brain to find a good server, you won't have a problem. I find servers that have low ping and I don't have a single problem with it. Not to mention that it's probably the same netcode as is used in Quake 3 doesn't help that point at all.
