they're using hints. so when an ai charcter gets close to something. he'll have an automatic responce. like that scene when he tried to open the door, but it got blocked by a table. so he fucking kicked it to shit.

I know the AI seems to react amzingly to all kinds of different situations. I saw this sequence with Freeman being chased by this alien. He goes round a corner and slams a door behind him. He hides next to the door. Alien looks through a glass panel near the top of the door, smashes the glass and pokes an eye like thing through and scans around. It sees Freeman and bashes down the door to get to him. ed:
