Hey guys, I know this may not be the best place to post this, however I know it is one of the most visited places so thats why I am posting this here. I think you guys have done an OUTSTANDING job with the City Nights Series. They have got to be the cleanest, most professionly done mods ever. I really do enjoy playing with the City Nights Series and I wanted to thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to this project! Most of all thank you for releasing it publically even though you are given hard times by lozers in forums that dont have a life. Thanks again you guys ROCK!

I've tried it out now...
I first played with only CN2 in the folder for about 3 hours, then i inserted the CN file and played for another 7.
I didnt experienced any problems at all to be honest, it overrides the old CN file perfectly, but you still get the player skins and the map from CN...

I have experienced a lil confliction between CN and CN2. Here is the deal.....I run my own server and I run CN1 on it.....I have placed CN2 in my main and I join up in my server and start playing after about 2 mins (Sometimes less) my game either crashes or it goes straight back to my desktop. And I have experienced this over and over.......so I removed CN2 so that I have NO CN in my Main and everything worked fine........I am guessing that if you play on a server that runs CN1 and you have CN2 you get problems. Thats what I see anyways. I will look more into it for you guys but I believe thats the case here.

Yes, because CN wasnt really a TC, it was just a reskinning of everything..
Hence, it can be seen as a regular server, and not a CN2 server...
However, if you run CN2 on your server, it will work smoothly again... freak:

Well, Cobra has informed me that he is redoing the original city nights map and will re-release it as an addon to cn2, along with other maps he has made for the mod too.

Totally awesome! Thanks for the heads up Deleto! I cannot wait to play some more of his outstanding maps. I dont know how he is able to map so fast and yet so swiftly.....He really does do a great job. Oh and Deleto, badass job on the new muzzle Flash bro, I love it! eatthis:

Actually I disagree.....I absloutetly LOVE the new HUD. It is nice and small and has a badass Green Tech Look to it. I think it is fantastic! The only thing I see that MIGHT cause a problem for some people (not me) is that they cannot read the Chat messages and the Death Messages because it is a bit smaller than before. But I happen to like it that way. Badass job dude!
