Is anyone aware of any software that will run along side a game and allow me to ban someone from a server I am hosting by IP?

I don't mean the admin tools specifically made for a certain game or game engine.

I am trying out a game, unfortunately it does not have kick and ban support since it is a demo. It's built on a engine called CloakNT. Someone was telling me that they have software they can run that when they run a server, they have kick and ban abilities. I dont think the software was built specificly for the game, since the game is new.

Anyone know what might do that?
