is there a program that comes with windows ME that can open .tga files?? is there at least a small download program?

You'll need to get a more advansed Image editor to open tga's.

Paint Shop Pro, and Photoshop all open them.

U can download the demo of PSP here: http://www.jasc.com/download_4.asp?prod=001

After the demo, a little "help" might get rid of that 30 days left crap...
