I NEED HELP!

In my basic training, the whole screen is rice colored except for the sky and tree sillouhettes. the first 3 levels run perfectly and i know my computer meets even the recommended requirements, but when it comes to level 4 where im in the back of a jeep with a gun, the whole screen turns pitch black again except for the sky and tree sillouhettes. anyone with ANY ADVICE at all post a reply. itd help so much, I HAVENT EVEN SEEN D-DAY YET, but i love this game from what ive seen so far. please help.thanks.

I'm using a Leadtek Winfast Geforce 3 Ti-200, not to brag, but I got mine for free. They're currently selling for about $300 Canadian, or given or dollar about $10 American (just kidding), I don't know any prices outside of Canada.

Make sure your mobo will accept the card you choose. Buying it doesnot mean it will work.

My Specs are:

Windows ME
800 MHZ Intel Celeron Processor.
128 MB Ram
30.0 GB Hard Drive
My video card supports Direct X and I have installed version 8.0 that came with the game.

As I said, the first 3 levels went by without a problem.

Sounds like your opengl subsystem is dropping the textures. What kind of video card do you have.
Also what video options did you set? Setting trilinear filtering etc... if your card doesn't support it can cause probs like that.

OK, Ive tried everything I could think of: lowering video settings to everything minimum, reinstalling the game twice, getting rid of background tasks, EVERYTHING. but still. the training level is all rice colored and the 4th level is pitch black. I figured I have a shitty video card. If i go buy a really good one, how much would it cost me, and, if I got a great video card, could i up all the video, audio,advanced settings?
