I dont know, I dont like kids, and I do not like the lip ring either. I mean I cant stand lip rings, but also I cant stand for people to set with bearskin against my computer chair, look at peoples feet, listen to people smack when the eat. Just flip a coin, and who ever wins gets you, but do it 2 out of 3 to make sure!

Research proves two partners who had been living together for a long time will have a less chance of a succesful marriage.

Is Christine in UK? If so it might be easier for you to with her.

from what i understand, you chat with Mel through the internet but dont see her or anything? Well, i dont think that is good dude, thats not a real relationship. I mean, i could understand like not seeing her for a year (like in the military) but never seeing her at all? I think its a waste of time.

compare the 2 and see which one is better then the other. See which one will treat you better then the other.

ok-now i see. if this helps you any...

I met this girl i really liked this girl this summer. We laughed, we played, we hung out all day (you like that gay poem?) Anyways, i really began to like her and stuff. So we flirted and did all that. then-well she was from Wassanar, Holland hake: and i live in americca hake: so when she left i was all like "Man i gotta see her" because i dont get attatched to girls often, and i really liked her. Anyways, i was like "im goin to go to Holland" and we talked for a while. I was even going to "leren spreek ja nederlands" but then i came to my senses, and realized "ill never see her again" so anyways, this story reeally has nothing to do with your post, but ill make it relative.

You just have to realize that you could never see tis Mel again, and that it would be useless to try and have a long distance relationship-because like many have said, they dont work. YOu have to telll her this and all that, how you feel-you know, like in the movies. So thats all i have to say about that.

Well last night.....I told mel........

Talked for hours, she got upset just like I thought she would, she keeps asking me to give her a chance and not to give up.....makes me so sad but I know in the long run things wouldn't work out...
Going to talk to her again tonight..

My mind is all over the place right now

Been watching this thread for a little while and I finally decided to comment: I think your doing the right thing Miyagi.

When I married my first wife I was 22 and she was 19. She seemed very much like Mel (as a matter of fact she looks like her too) When I started dating her, I found a very dark side of her. There were a few times she would really fly off the handle for simple stuff! angel:

It seems you are definately heading in the right direction since you've already had a talk with her. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she didn't go too ballistic when you talked to her and told her your feelings.

If she's really a true friend then she would also realize that this is the right thing to do! Just be patient and talk things out. Good luck. biggrin:
