Did you have the demo installed from before you installed the full game, if so Did you remove it first completely ?
ME has an option to go back in time so to speak. basicaly you can bring back your system ( registry ) settings to a known working on a set day.
I would remove the game, and demo, delete everything left behind ( and there will be stuff). go throuh your registry and get rid of anything pertain to MOH, do a search for medal of honor.
( back your reg up first if you dont know what your doing).
reboot, then go back to the day before you installed MOH.
run a scandisk and defrag.
then reinstall it.
If its a Dell im sure its not the VIA chipset as they are in bed with INtel so no need to worry about 4n1 drivers.
then smoke two bowls and call me in the morning.
seriously try the above.
You never answered my question
do you have any other Quake 3 engine based games installed, and if so do they do the same thing.
also I hope you did not run the GL setup
if you did that maybe the problem right there.
