the japanese weapons all begin with 'type' something, and you are right, there are no japanese in breakthrough, so that leaves the bren gun. it looks like it says vickers on it, but the vickers was a world war 1 mg. i think this one is a lighter version of it, but it was common to have ww1 era weapons used in ww2 cause they didnt develope many new weapons until the war started.

My Father was in the army for 25 years, he knows every plane, tank anf weapon and he says that it is the Vickers and that is English but i looks verry much like a bren-gun! fire2:

of coarse EA messes up again, like said before, thats a bren not a vickers, just go to link and scroll down, there is a pic of the 2, a vickers is a heavy machine gun, takes 2 men to work it

There were other variations one looked like a bren. Its a vickers something or other end of story.
