i made this skin today when i got bored. i got the idea off of dragon models 1/6th figure named milo which i have. hes pretty much done except i have a problem with his hands. hes wearing mittens and i dont want mittens on him. i added the handsnew stuff to my tik and shader and it worked except the mittens where still there. how can i make milo have hands without mittens?

You are using wintermodel 1 as base for the player. The hands are included into that player model so you cant use regular hands. Use another playermodel. Yeah, i know, its pretty sh***y job to do skinning job again.

updated him. i added leggings like in the pic and took off the grenade on his belt. hes done except for this stupid mitten ordeal. winter 1 doesnt use mittens. is there anyway i can change the model of winter 2 so it doesnt have mittens?
