Since the game died away and more n00bs came into the picture for little reason other then to say they are a 'General of the army', this forum has weakened, diluted and generally been kinda worthless

Then again I guess specifically themed forums and websites alike suffer the same fate all the time.

..Who knows though, maybe Pacific Assault might pump a little life into this site, get it movin again.

Nowadays, it's based on how you're recognised, and respected....But the original meaning of the term still applies.....Which is the small group of d00ds that were around from the beginning of the site, and all the months of that summer, in 2001...

This forum was AWESOME back in the summer of 2001. It was before the game or demo was released and the anticipation for this game was at it's maximum. I couldn't hardly wait for it and we had all these discussions about it. The discussions, believe it or not we're CIVIL. Since the release of the game, these forums have become complete shit... literally.
