hi, just a quick question. My fps is bloody shite does anyone know how to make it better? ive tried r_picmip but that makes my fps worse ive got all texture detail on low and everything but still ive got crap fps. I assume its my graphics card but pc world didnt tell me what card ive got :@ anyone got any tips for better fps?

Go to:

Start/ Control Panel/ System/ Hardware/ Device Manager/ Display Adapters

This will tell you what kind of vid card you have. Get back to us when you find that out.

You have onboard vid which won't handle to much in the way of gaming. It's very possible, but don't expect anything preformance wise.

You can grab a GeForce 3 64mb card for around $75. Save some cash and get a new vid card. Your FPS will triple or more.
