So far ive done clean install,correctly located the exe file,upgraded drivers,scandisc,defrag,and patch but from my desktop mohaa shortcut i get the "cannot laod default config files" as mention earlier,so following kind direction, i tried to load game from folder in c program only this tells me when executed " insert the correct CD-ROM restart application"
hey guys whats happening!!!
some things are sent to test us eh! any clues or directions would be more than helpful at this point in time....ONLY FORWARDS NEVER BACK..TheDon

Put the cd in the computer and try it.

The couple of times I got that error was from either custom Mods or bad Maps being in the program.

Also, do you have 2 CD-ROM devices? Which did you load the game from? It remembers which driver installed the game and wants the CD in that drive only.

If you have MODs either game or map, remove them to a folder and try again. See if MOHAA works. I added 4 maps one day and had to remove 490 maps and bring them back 5 at a time until I found 3 maps that screwed up the game.
