Can anyone tell me some good server side mods skins etc. which I can have on my server, and where I can download them?

One I'm looking for the most is the "mod" that makes all the weapons when put away go on the back of the model. Really nice "mod".

Also if anyone can tell me the best CKR/Realism mod and where to download it, I think servers with realism are more fun, specially mohaa nations CKR, though to many cheaters there hake: (still fun though, makes you feel good when you are better then them, hehe´)
