Help with this damn Counter Intelligence

When start up my Counter Intellignce it ask's me for a IP and a PORT.the thing is i dunno what i should put in for the PORT. Can anyone tell me what to put in for the PORT?

the port # is 11.111.1.11:24001

it can be diff so just check your server IP and use the # after the :
