Hi,

The game is alot of money and i just bought a bass so I'm not sure whether or not to buy the game. Few questions:

1. On Omaha beach, I saw that video. It looks AMAZING. When you get up the beach, are AI actually HELPING you and taking out germans, or are you alone like so many other games. I don't want it to be an unrealstic death battle where theres AI on the beach, but its just sceneray and I end up taking out the atlantic wall by myself (WW2 GI if anyone knows that old game)

2. How is MP? How many players can play? Is omaha playable? Because I would probably buy the game just for that!

3. Any type of mission editor? Is it easy?

4. Any NEW screenshots taken by actual players of Omaha?

Thanks!

1.They dont really help u out. i mean they do kill people at the sand bag bunkers but they keep respawing any way. So in some respect yeah they do help.

2. 32 players can play normally. 64 if u have an awesome computer. omaha is playable.

3. there isnt any mission editor.

4.none here.

i find the levels in the demo "the hunt" "stalingrad" much more fun than the omaha level.

multiplayer is pretty fun, worth 30 bucks i guess

One more quick question: Can you play as the Axis in single player?

yep, you're Rambo as soon as you get off the beach, able to take on the entire German army on your own. the mission is still fun though. it's fun just staying on the beach and watching all the action around you. MP currently sucks because of the incessant sniping.

edit: nope, Allied only.

lysis, play the single player. you're missing out. it's actually better than the MP experience.

I really enjoy the single player aspect of Omaha.. I think its the single best level that a fps has ever offered. Sure, it has a few faults, but its impossible to make a game without them. Just wait 'till your on the beach... If you have a good set of speakers, and a subwoofer, your actualy ON THAT BEACH! The game pulls you in, graphics are great, and the sound is excellent. You really get a sence of what the soldiers went through on that day...

In any case, i would have to say, yes, buy the game...
