My Grandpa (mothers side)was a Military Policeman in WW2. He didnt see any action except for on the homefront here in Australia rounding up drunk Soldiers and Sailors, hehe. He's got some good stories, And I'm glad he's around still to tell me of the "good old days". My other Grandpa (obviously fathers side) fought in Papua New Guinea, I think. My dad hasnt said much about it. But I know he got some medals and I think was killed in action over there. I'm following in my Grandfathers footsteps and joining the Army next year. I'm looking forward to it.
