I am running a linksys 6 port hub and have a dsl modem. Before I had my computers networked I could host games fine, now I cannot.

All these solutions look great, but I have no idea how to accomplish these things. All that was in the networking package was a drivers disk. So the only things I can access are in the Networking Neihborhood panel such as the networking linksys card, some options of this sort. I would like to be able to host games on gamespy.
