I have created a Deathmatch version of the V2 rocket facility. It is 2.1mb and it can be downloaded here:

http://members.home.net/aqstudios/previews/V2DM.zip

You have to have the map installed to play it on a server that is hosting it.

Nice, I'll have to give this a try. How do you handle respawning?

Wow - RANDOM respawns. If this works, I'm all over it.

Kudos on being the first.

What's the difference between TEAM and regular? Are you talking about free-for-all? And how many spawn points are there?? And are they in the same areas that the regular objective map has? I've actually never played the rocket facility MAP.

Team is set up Axis vs Allies. The team with the most kills at the end of a set amount of time or frag score wins. Regular DM is that it each for his own and the winner is the most kills at the end of time limit or max frags allowed. As far as spawn points...there are several on the map. there are some in allied are and in axis area. there seem to be a few random ones in the halls as well. In regular DM, you cna respawn anywhere...axis or allied side. Team dm you spawn close to where you would start in the regular objective match.

So it basically works just like THE HUNT mod, where you respawn right back at the beginning?

I only ask - because in THE HUNT axis forces would camp out in front of the road entrance and wait for allies to take them out - I know because I was one of them killing allies. Lol.

Only on Team Dm....regular DM repawns anywhere on the map there is a respawn point.

Thats where I'm getting confused. Because if this map is a rip of the OBjECTIVe map for the v2 factory, wouldnt "anywhere there is a respawn point" be in the same 2 areas....for AxiS and ALLIED??

I mean have you creatd new spawn points?

Im just about to DL this map, its one of my fav. Multi-player maps

Say... Is it possible to extract a level form the sp part of the game, lets say, mission 2 level 1, and create spawn places, and use it as a multi-player map?

Ive always wondered this, as a lot of the single player maps would be awesome for multi-player games
