Default MOH Stats Program (Free and Easy) - 10-13-2003, 06:38 PM

What's up people. So I've personally created a program the reads the log file in the MOH main folder and creates a large database of the players in the log. It then saves the stats to file so whenever the program is run, it reads the stats it has, and then adds the stats from the new log file, deletes the log file (so you can't update a game 32432 times). Also, to give this program some actual use, it generates webpages with all the infomation on it so you can easily put up the stats online. I know there is MOHStats at MOHStats.com.... but it cost $45, ridiculous. I'm sure I'll be giving away my version, although I'm sure theirs is better. Although, ny program does create a fairly easy to read page that shows all the information for every player in the log file including total number of incidents, and total of each type of incident. Basically and plots out number of craters, grenade suicides, sniper rifle kills, machine gun deaths, EVERYTHING for EVERY player. Its pretty nice if I may say so myself. You can see the page is generated for the log files I used at [https://filebox.vt.edu/users/bwolf/Main.html] Ignore the game on the homepage, although it is fun. Right now the program does not have a lot of user customizable (word?) functions, but I'm going to add that. To get a version just reply and we'll work something out. ITs almost completely done, and once it is I'll have it available for download. Also, its ridiculously easy. All you have to do is paste two things in the MOH main folder. Could it be any easier? Let me what you think. Adios.

My crazy Virginia Tech webhosting dealie is failing miserably, so I've uploaded the site to tripod. Try this one instead (sorry) [url:64048]http://wolfdog84.tripod.com/Index.html[/url:64048][/url]

So I've completely changed the formatting so it is so much more amazing. You can see it at [url:6c20d]http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bwolf/MOHStats/TopList.html[/url:6c20d] I did take some of the formatting ideas from some other sites, but the coding is all mine and i made some improvements. Also, I think I'm going to add the stats for hit location percentage (ex: head shots, torso, foot, etc). I think I'd group them into categories instead of using default parts (ex: have one torso stat instead of upper, middle, and lower torsos.) I mean, who cares with or not it was the left upper arm or the lower right arm? An arm is an arm. Let me know if you have any suggestions. An remember, this program is free for anyone who wants... and its so easy

I don't even know what servers I play on. I normally don't do sniper only, but i'm no stranger to it. Yes it is available now. Download it at [url:f07d7]http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bwolf/MOHStats/setup.exe[/url:f07d7] It comes with a reame you probably want to actually read, unlike most programs' readmes. But yes, give it a try cause it rocks, I guess.

I just realised it does have a small bug that i'm working on. Shouldn't take more than a day to fix. Basically in the toplist it skips a ranking so then all the links to individual player pages are thrown off... so wack. I must be retarded or something. imwithstupid:
sorry i failed everyone

i have no idea what you are talking about. click the link to download it, there is nothing about paying anything. [url:b32e2]http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bwolf/MOHStats/setup.exe[/url:b32e2]
This is the updated link to see a sample of what it produces. [url:b32e2]http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bwolf/MOHStats/TopList.html[/url:b32e2]
