I rent a 2 dedicated servers from serverbeach.com. one runs codadmin.com and mohadmin.com the other is dedicated to running a game server(s).

once you have cod running, all you do is create another TDMserver.cfg file copy the shortcut your using and change the exec to reflect the second cfg file ( different game, name number of clients.....) start the game. it will start a second cod server with the same IP but increment the port number by one.

We are having some problems with cfg files. seems that a map or something is causing the server to crash after several hours at several different maps.
