Good for you first try, but massivly oversized. Rules say it should be 450x150 and that my friend, is not. Still, really good fo r your first attempt though.

The size matters because the bigger it is, the longer it takes to load.
Why it might not seem like much to people with broadband, to a 56k'r it means alot.
