Cherbourg.pk3 no load, need .min file

I can't load Cherbourg.pk3, the loading bar flashes instead of a red loading bar.

Can someone please direct me to this file. I think this is the problem.

if it flashes meadl of honor or loading or something, than its just another way of saying its loading so this wouldnt be a problem

After it flashes the load screen sends me right back to the main page.

I have this same problem with many maps.

I think it has to do with OSX.
