While the dame is, I'm sure, tasty the blue glow needs to go. Other than that good job.

Valid Point. However, i found if i dulled the colour in that pic of Catherine Bell any more, it would look too washed-out, so i had to leave it. I'm entirely self-taught with Photoshop, so i cannae go too elaborate :P

DEFINATLY NOT outer glow....he cut it bad....you can see the water line even

*Sigh* Look at the orignal picture that he used (the one that buck posted) and compare it to the picture in the sig..
Look really close and you will notice that there is two different blue's in it, divided by a horizon..
Exactly as the orignal picture..
Hence, its not a added glow, but a poorly cut picture..
