Why waste time with the SP? MP rocks!!

I REALLY have to get this offa my chest! First off, I REALLY wanted to like this game, I REALLY did, but I REALLY don't understand a few things! WHY, WHY, WHY, all the respawning!? This was the killer for me, I HATED it, ruined the game! I know it was'nt supposed to be "realistic", but that respawning just pissed me off, became more of a "game" rather than an "experience"! I will give an example: In the mission that had you stealing King Tiger documents and troop manifests, you are supposed to escape down a guarded road, but every time you stop to shoot one of the posted guards, a RESPAWNED guard and his RESPAWNED dog come after you from behind! So, when you turn around to shoot the RESPAWNED guard and his RESPAWNED dog, you get shot in the back from the posted guard you were trying to shoot, and so on and so on and so on...and you know you cleared the area out behind you!

I even posted a rather exstensive post regarding the poor performance issues, and that I spent the last 3 days finding the cause of all the headache, and came up with some very credible sollutions! How was I rewarded for all this work, I was greeted by the RESPAWNING FROM HELL, WHY!? What was the logic behind all of this pointless, unrealistic respawning, it ruined my game!? I still want to like this game, but its been nothing but a headache for me, a lost cause! I will finish this game, but ironically, I find the multi player much more enjoyable! I know most of the reviews smash the MP for being unoriginal, but its far better than the RESPAWNING HELL that was the single player, and much more enjoyable! PLEASE don't flame me for this review of sorts, I REALLY wanted to enjoy it, but I did'nt. I feel that the multi-player is all that is left for this game, unless the next patch reduces the respawning, at least to a minimum... *sigh*

I know how you feel - it took me countless Quickloads to get thru that one.

But you know what? I feel better about myself, cos I beat their bloody RESPAWNING FROM HELL! Yah boo!

*Spoiler coming up*

Actually, it was pretty straightforward... I just sniped the machine gunner, chucked a frag at the two soldats after him, killed them, turn around and killed Fido, and ran like hell for the truck. Had about 5 life left. Hah!

But yes, I agree, that's the spot where respawning is more prominent, rather then "reinforcements" coming out of buildings...
