It's in Japanese but I really don't think you need to understand the lang to play and beat it (I didn't!). The purpose is to escape from the house, to do so you will need to acquire some items and skills. just try it.

Really not that many people I know escaped from the house, but it didn't seem too difficult, anyway.

press bomb
press lighter then quickly press chin-ups
go in hole
