if you want to make your own skins and models, u can use LightRay 3D or
MilkShape 3D. just look it up at Google. the programs are sort of hard to understand so just play around with it.

for making maps u use mohradiant. u can downloa this along with some tuts from http://www.mohtut.8m.com
