Hey there guys. I just got the game yesterday and I'm on the first level. It's an awesome game!!! (as if you didn't already know)

Anyways, please excuse my newbie status as I have a few questions:

1. What is the best blood patch? I read someone said he was waiting until Feb 15? What's that all about?

2. Is Patch 1.1 worth installing?

3. How do I configure my control pad? I only see mouse and keyboard configuration.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

1: I cant say this for sure as I dont use them, sorry.

2: Defenitely yes, at least if you play multiplayergames.

3: I cant tell that either as I dont own a pad or would play this game with one. try keyboard+mouse combination.

1 out of 3, not bad from a guy with lady's name

Jane, thanks. I actually found the mouse/keyboard combination and it's awesome. Much better than the control pad can do I guess. Aiming is MUCH easier with the mouse Anybody on the blood question?

I want a blood patch b/c it would look realistic if I shoot someone and they have blood on the part of the body where they got it. Also it makes it easier to tell if I hit them or not. I'm not looking for huge puddles of blood. Just blood on the area where they got shot. What's the best patch for that?

Personnally, I would like to see some blood. However, there doesn't seem to have a 'realistic' approach that appeals to what I'm looking for. But I'm sure that there will be one out pretty soon with all the modding goin' on.

You'll have 2 options there, personally I like the one by Mange, but you can try em both. They're both really well done.
