1 download illegal p0rn and save to floppy

2 give the floppys to a homeless person

3 call the FBI/authorities and tell them you know somebody who sells child p0rn

4 point the finger at teh homeless guy

Take the "ring" that the information is on...
Use a paper cutter to slice them up.
