Thats because HAL was and still is an asshole Macchi, I tihnk you should take a look at the DevelopersQandA it will tell you alot about whats expected in the game. As for system requirements, there not known at this point, but if you can run Quake 3 with all settings on high with no problems whatsoever you should expect to be able to play MoH:AA

Go look at games with the Quake 3 engine and find out there system requirements..
